As General Manager of Emergency Air, Rick led as a servant leader who delivered real results. Developed his replacement, built strong teams, developed future leaders, and created opportunities that changed lives. Many of his team members reached major milestones during his tenure, including buying their first homes and advancing both professionally and personally.
That leadership is also reflected in the transition itself. With Jason Macias stepping into the General Manager role, the handoff represents what strong leadership should do. Build, mentor, and empower the next leader to step in and elevate the business further.
